Our Beginner Intake is a 6-week program designed specifically for people with little or no martial arts experience. During the first three weeks, you'll learn the fundamentals of Boxing, including stance, footwork, and punching techniques. The final three weeks focus on defensive skills, movement, and confidence-building before progressing into our Beginner Boxing or Muay Thai/Kickboxing classes.
No. If you have previous experience in Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, or MMA, one of our coaches will assess your skills during your first session. If your technique meets our standards, you'll be placed directly into the most suitable class. If additional technical development is required, we'll recommend completing the Beginner Intake before advancing.
